Gluten Free Chia Pudding

This recipe is super easy to make, and is best when done overnight. It can be altered to satisfy any craving you have. I made vanilla, but you can definitely substitute for some chocolate protein powder or almond milk. There are a few recipes over the internet that go beyond your classic flavours, such as birthday cake flavours. So feel free to get creative with this one!

Ingredients
1 Cup of almond milk
2 Tbsps chia seeds
2 Tsps of vanilla extract
Optional : Natural Sweeteners (ex: maple syrup, honey, agave)

Prep
Combine all of these ingredients (you can use a blender) and place in fridge overnight.
You can also add granola, your choice of fruit or nuts in the morning! :)
